Description
A charming Regency period rosewood work, or sewing, table. Very well made in solid rosewood with attractive rosewood veneers. The rectangular top with a gadrooned thumb nail molding to the surround. with a single drawer to the cushion freeze (lockable, key supplied) and with a work bag beneath , recently reupholstered in yellow silk. All standing on elegant supports with splayed feet terminating in their original brass caps and castors. Sympathetically refinished in our workshops and now offered for sale in excellent condition, with a great colour and patina, ready to go straight into the home.
