Dedication on lower margin: ”Souvenir du Portugal” pour Thierry avec mon amiti: ( ”Souvenir of Portugal” for Thierry with my friendship) Paul Collomb (1921-2010) French painter and lithographer. Born in Ain, he studied in Paris before the Second World War. He won the Prix de Rome in 1950. His works can be found in the Museum of Modern Art of the City of Paris, the Centraal Museum in Utrecht, the Jakarta Museum, the Tel Aviv Museum, and the MoMA in New York. City.
