Ado Furlan was an important Italian sculptor of the twentieth century but still to be rediscovered.
There is the Ado Furlan Foundation in Pordenone.
The proposed sculpture represents a sleeping newborn baby.
The work is signed “Furlan” engraved in the terracotta. The wood black base Is original.
