Description
This rare modernist high children’s chair also can be used as an artwork in itself. This chair was made and designed by the Dutch artist Piet Hein Stulemeijer. Piet Hein Stulemeijer had his education as an interiorarchitect. He was interested in the relationship between architecture, urban design and visual arts. Looking more carefully at this object you can see it is an architectual model aswell. This model is quite rare being a first edition without holes in the backrest. The chair is paft of the collection of museum Boijmans van Beuningen in Rotterdam.
