Battle Scene is an original etching artwork realized by Johan Christian Rugendas (1706-1781). Edition d’Apres George Philip Rugendas (1606-1742). Signed on the plate. Good conditions and aged. Included a Passepartout: 32 x 45 cm. The artwork represents a battle scene of Augusto in Turkey in 1606 through precise and soft strokes, The plate is very fresh and the silhouettes are well defined.
