Chinese Psyche mirror in hand-carved gilded and red lacquered wood. Early to mid-20th century
Superb Chinese psyche mirror in hand-carved wood. The mirror is made up of a fixed frame with 2 feet, in the center the round plate lies downwards to reveal the mirror. Over time the mirror is no longer present but it is very simple to put one back.
Very beautiful Chinese piece, finely decorated with a few characters in the center and dragons and fish at the feet.
Behind it a metal foot was installed later.
