Stunning and rare set of four chairs by Gordon Russell. Gordon Russell was a design pioneer a furniture designer, maker, calligrapher, entrepreneur, educator, and champion of accessible, well crafted design. Schooled in the Arts and Crafts tradition of the Cotswolds he believed that good design has a lasting impact on people’s lives.
Circa mid 1980’s these iconic chairs have a great retro look. Frame is chrome with fine proportions ideal for an office or dining room. We have cleaned the frames and reupholstered the seat and back pads in an organic oatmeal cotton fabric. Extremely comfortable and a statement piece for any room.
