Description
An antique (or near-antique) carved sculpture of Mary carrying the infant Jesus, dating to around the 1920s-30s and carved in the Black Forest, Germany. Charmingly naive, and a good height, it has a slightly flattened back and is carved from a single piece of stained lime timber.
