Description
Mighty horse made of Albissola glazed ceramic.
Elegant horse made of glazed ceramic with the colors of brown and green which increase its power and give it a bronze effect.
The horse is caught in the act of moving its head.
In terms of style, materials and colours, it is likely Albissola ceramics from the 1980s.
The ceramics produced in the Albissola area have an ancient tradition that dates back to Roman times, where there were already kilns for the production of amphorae and bricks.
The era of futurism saw artists of the caliber of Lucio Fontana, Enrico Baj and many others in the area to produce wonderful works.
Its attribution is still being studied as under one of the paws it has the writing Lottero, which for the moment is not linked to any artist.
The object is in excellent state of conservation and does not present any type of defect.
