Description
Giancarlo Piretti, a prolific and brilliant Italian designer, addresses the problem of floor coat racks. His proposal, the “Planta” coat rack, stands like a minimalist totem pole or a modular sculpture. The Planta coat rack is made entirely of molded plastic and is published by the firm Anonima Castelli.
Planta is made of brown molded plastic. The floor coat rack is equipped with umbrella or rod holders. It is modular and stamped Piretti Castelli on the back. Some scratches and traces of use are visible on the plastic, it is perfectly functional.
