A vintage oil painting depicting a still life of pink orchids in a vase. The hues and patterns used in this interior scene bring to mind the Charleston group style, giving this piece a striking look. An original painting by British artist Thea Dupays, signed in the bottom left hand corner. Thea studied at Goldsmiths and has exhibited in London and Bath, including at the R.W.A. Thea works in oil across landscape, still life, and portrait, creating simple yet memorable compositions which evoke calm and draw the viewer in.
