Very nice oil on panel by the Belgian painter tony reniers (1923-2013) titled on the back ” neerpelt” and dated 1987. Signed and dated lower left. Name of the work, date, dimensions and official stamp of the artist on the back. Very good condition. About the painter: he was born in 1923 and died in 2013. Student of lucien hock, he stayed in wezembeek-oppem (near brussels, belgium). Listed in the art guide paul piron. Worked on the one hand as a graphic designer for a large Brussels bank and on the other hand as a painter. Since his retirement in 1984, he is passionate about painting and is extremely productive.
