Umbrella stand

This original vintage Bauhaus style umbrella stand was produced in the 1970s in France. It is made of natural rattan with a loop handle element at the top. This item has a fantastic look with nice round formed rattan elements and a nice size of 58cm in height. At the bottom the umbrella Stand has a dipping base made of porcelain.
Straight forward and minimalistic design of the Bauhaus design era. This item is a wonderful addition to every modern home. The design is reminiscent with the design of Mategot, Hagenauer, Aubck etc.
Condition: This item is in a good vintage condition with normal traces of use and a wonderful patina of over 50 years.
