Description
A fantastic and rather large vintage ceramic vase from the very well-known designer Olle Alberius, known as “Sarek” from Rrstrand, Sweden. Alberius ceramic always has a special feeling, the shapes are simple, but the glazing is just stunning, the pattern is slightly abstract, yet knowing that Alberius has used the Swedish nature as an inspiration for his ceramics make sense. Sarek is one of Sweden’s most famous national parks, hence the name of the series. All his objects are individual since they are hand painted.
It has a warm dark brown color with earth tones as well as white details and is signed and numbered. It is 22cm high and 9cm in diameter (8.66″) and (3.54″) and it is in a very good condition.
