Vintage Design:
‘W2’ chairs by Hans Wegner for C.M Madsens Denmark. Hans Wegner, also called ‘the master of the chair’, designed the model in 1953. Production took place in the 1950s. The frame is made of solid oak and the fabric is made of a fluffy/soft fabric, which was upholstered by us as well replacing the cushioning on the seat pad.
This chair would be lovely placed in a living room as an accent/ side chair. It is stylish and sleek looking master piece which showcases great design elements of the famous designer Hans Wagner as well as the amazing Danish craftsmanship.
This chair has been refurbished, polished and reupholstered with brand new cushion seat. It is sturdy and stunning.
